About LAXIMA
An independent portal about AI automation — signal, not noise.
What LAXIMA Is
LAXIMA is an independent web portal about applied artificial intelligence and business automation, run by LAXIMA Systems. We write for people who actually have to make AI work: founders deciding what to automate first, operators comparing models and vendors, and engineers who need concrete numbers instead of hype.
The AI field moves fast and most coverage of it is either breathless marketing or recycled press releases. Our goal is the opposite: practical guides you can act on, a tightly curated news feed, and free interactive tools that answer real questions — how much an automation could save you, which language model fits your use case, whether your document fits a model's context window.
What You'll Find Here
The portal has three main surfaces, all free to use:
- The Blog — in-depth articles on AI automation: implementation guides, cost breakdowns, workflow design, and honest assessments of what current AI systems can and cannot do for a business.
- AI Signal — a curated feed of frontier AI and tech news, refreshed every four hours. Each item is scored and summarized so you can scan a day of AI news in a minute and click through to the original source for the stories that matter to you.
- Tools — interactive utilities we built and maintain ourselves: an AI savings calculator, an AI readiness assessment, an LLM picker that compares current frontier models on quality, speed, and price, and a context-window fit checker with per-call cost estimates.
Our Editorial Approach
Everything published on LAXIMA is human-curated. We use AI tools in our own workflow — it would be strange not to, given what we write about — but a person decides what gets published, checks the facts and figures, and stands behind the result. Our model catalogs and pricing data are verified against primary sources and updated regularly, and every article shows when it was last updated.
We keep one promise above all: signal, not noise. If a story is padding, it does not go in the feed. If a guide would not help a real team ship a real automation, it does not get written.
Advertising and Independence
LAXIMA is free to read. To keep it that way, some pages carry clearly labeled advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads never influence what we cover or how we rank models and tools, and they are always visually separated from editorial content. You can read more in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
